if you put a blue medical cross on a building, is that considered a trademark?

As far as I know, the red cross is a trademark. Therefore, an image of a hospital with a red medical cross can be rejected during verification. And if you put a blue medical cross on a building, is that considered a trademark?

The blue cross is trademarked by The Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. However, your cross does not match theirs. It is thinner. You can try and see what happens.

Thank you. I wonder if "Hospital" is written on the red cross, will it still be considered a trademark of the red cross. But medicine has the same logo in general

Again, this doesn't match the actual Red Cross logo, as it is a slightly different shape with unequal length to to bottom. In the end, I think it will come down to the moderator being aware of the difference.
