Good day! A strange problem has arisen. I upload illustrations to Adobe Stock. Illustrations may be similar, refer to the same theme (collection) but their checking can vary from 1 day to 23. Is this normal?

Up until a few months ago, it was common for contributors to submit 5-10 assets at a time. With the rise of generative A.I. assets, several hundred are now being at a time. The most I've seen reported was around 460. That's a pretty big increase to their workload and explains the longer wait times.

It appears the longer wait times are affecting regular illustrations in addition to Generative AI. I would say this is normal at the moment.

It's probably normal. Sorry for that, but you are most likely a victim of the generative AI contributors that massively clog the moderation of illustrative assets. Simply continue to contribute and ignore the waiting times. And don't let you getting discouraged by @Nancy OShea. She's right that they are not a big seller, but if you are contributing those, and they get accepted, they may have a chance to generate 30 to 300 cents of income, for a good one.

Without seeing, it's impossible to say. But based on other contributor experience, abstract backgrounds are unlikely to be accepted and not a big seller. Stock already contains 145 MILLION backgrounds. They don't need any more.

On average, Photos & Vector Graphics are reviewed in 5 - 10 business days. Illustrations could take longer.
Generative AI could take 1-2 months or perhaps longer if you didn't follow AI submission guidelines to the letter.
