Illustrative Editorial rejections

Can someone please help me understand why this stadium at the University of Iowa is being rejected for Illustrative editorial? It follows all the rules, there are no people, and they're accepting ground photos but not drone photos and it's not making sense to me. I have other universities and professional sports stadiums in my portfolio so I don't understand why these specifically aren't making it through review. The photos turned out great and I know that they'd sell. There's nothing listed for this stadium in known image restrictions. Thanks!

I think the answer lies in this line of Adobe's Content Requirement:

  • Theme and Purpose: Conceptual imagery illustrating current events, newsworthy topics, or stories (e.g., a photo of a real soda can to represent consumer trends). It must be staged or illustrative, not documenting live events.

Your image doesnt reach that threshold.

I recommend you and eveyone to understand that AI will give you quick answers to most questions, as lng as you ask your question smartly and not looking for the answer you want.

I use Grok to your answer.  And for those of you who are confused, at least as of today, AI is not a sentient "being" who intelligently comes up with the answer it thinks it's right. IT WILL ALWAYS seek the answers on the web.

I say that bc there are some people "everywhere" who have a hard time understanding facts and personal opinions.

Cheers!

Can you explain why I have a lot of other stadiums that are accepted and sell very well then? I also have Purdue, Notre Dame, Michigan State, Illinois, Wisconsin, and more. If that is the case, why are the ground shots being accepted but not the drone and only this one?

Are those empty stadiums too? No I can't explain why. I've had my share of  assets destined to the same rejection.

Two possible scenarios, Adobe is automating the approval process, or a combination of that and human fatigue.

Everyone is dealing with that. I am focusing on increasing my sales and assets every month, I've learned to ignore the frustration for rejection of images that should have never been rejected.

It's working for me, and I'me really excited about that, I suggest you take the same view.

Cheers

If it also helps, drone shots from outside of the stadium are also being rejected.
