Im new, i have send this picture but is has been rejected, can you help me?

When posting here, you should tell us the refusal reason. Here in this picture, you will have multiple ones however, and only the first the moderator saw will be communicated.

1. It has been said: you need a model release from each person in the photo. This disqualifies per se street photography.
2. The guards shelter has a logo, no logos are allowed.
3. Now technical aspects: you need to correct the distortion, straighten the house fronts.
4. You need to correct the exposure as the street is too dark. 

There may be other defects, but on my iPad, I have limited insight.
