Le modérateur qui valide mes images en a refusé deux ci-jointes au motif que l"image contient des éléments protégés par la législation sur la propriété intellectuelle"... Ce n'est pas une hypothèse mais une affirmation ! ...

D'où sort-il cette idée totalement non fondée ? Je l'ai réalisée pour moitié avec une IA et le reste par moi-même. Je ne vois donc pas en quoi ces rendus sont protégés. En plus j'ai payé une licence auprès de cette IA pour pouvoir faire commerce de mes oeuvres. Par ailleurs, pratiquement toutes mes autres oeuvres, y compris celles à 100% faites par une IA et que j'ai parfois à peine corrigées ont été acceptées jusqu'à présent... Je ne comprends pas.

Qui pourrait m'expliquer et comment faire valoir mon bon droit vu qu'il n'existe aucun recours ni moyen de contacter le modérateur d'Adobe (une aberration soit dit en passant).

As far as the watermark is concerned, we're just going by the two examples you submitted. You might well have removed them prior to submitting. It's also not that uncommon for moderators to accidentally select the incorrect reason for rejection.

A means to contact moderators directly will never happen. They do not have the time to go back and forth with hundreds if not thousands of contributors asking why an image was rejected or to deal with appeals.

Incidentally, when you contact support on Monday, type "agent" to speak to a real person.

Il n'existe aucun chemin pour contacter les modérateurs et je ne vois pas quel "bon droit" tu veux faire valoir. Comme étant contributeur, il te faut soumettre des fichiers parfaits et commerçables. Le contrôle est fait pour protéger les clients et pas les contributeurs. Bien sûr, personne n'aime les refus, mais il faut les accepter.

Concernant la propriété intellectuelle, je crois que l'image du robot comme tu l'utilises est une création Disney ou similaire. Je l'ai déjà vue quelque part, mais je ne sais plus où exactement.

I suspect that by including your name as a watermark, that makes the images property and would require a property release. Simply remove the watermake as @Jill_C suggested and resubmit. Moderators can not be contacted for a reason. They review thousands of images per day, and dealing with contributors' questions or appeals over rejections would slow an already slow review process to a standstill.

Indeed it could be a reason. But no in this case because I never send renderings with my name. But I cannot check as the one visible in the rejected directory are in small format and I cannot see whether or not they include my name.

I will question the Adobe support monday as currently it is a robot that replies me.

The images might also be refused due to quality issues. There is haloing around the man's face and the frong of his suit. I corrected that issue here to some extent. Also, the robot's hand appears a somewhat poorly drawn, as do the hands of the man in the second image.

Your watermark is not allowed. Did you check the box "People and Property are fictional"?
