Hi, I’ve had an image declined for ‘Intellectual Property Violation’, the image is of the quayside at Newcastle and I’ve searched AS and there’s quite a few of the same landscape/subject. I’m confused as to why it’s been declined.

It may be the buildings, the coloured lighting on the bridge. The reviewer may have been over cautious. I'm afraid it's a bit of a guesswork here. (The Eiffel Tower  is Ok to shoot during the day, but at night you need permission because of the lighting AFAIK)

Without seeing the image, we can't really help. I've seen stuff like that declined for having vehicles in them.

This is the image although the photo that was rejected did not have a watermark or drop shadow effect. It was just the image.

My guess is the cars. For some reason, car design seems to be an issue with Adobe Stock.
