Image declined "Similar Image(s) Already Submitted" which was never submitted earlier

This Image declined with remarks "Similar Image(s) Already Submitted" which was never submitted earlier. I have noted that all bokeh background / out of focus images are declined.  Please suggest what I should do. Two another of my photos that were declined of one was a bokeh background were sold on another websites.

Other websites have a different demographic.
Adobe Stock images are used more by professional users inside Photoshop. An image like you're showing here isn't as useful because it's pretty generic-looking and could easily be created in Photoshop with any picture of grass or leaves. If you want to sell purely bokeh stuff, they have to be much more interesting. This just kinda looks mushy. Do a search on Adobe Stock for "bokeh" and you will see a LOT of images that have been accepted. That'll give you more of an idea.
