Hello,

I am trying to upload images to approval proces into Stock Adobe.

However uploads always fails with folloing message:

Images are in PNG and JPEG format, larger then minimum and smaller then maximum size.

Anyone can help with this?

Try using another browser that accepts scripts & pop-ups. Also disable VPN if you use one.

I’ve been trying continuously for 2-3 hours on 3 different browsers, and nothing works; it simply isn’t functioning. I haven’t tried yet from my mobile phone.

FTP was the solution for me for many files. You can try it too. But the browser still doesn't work.

This issue was already mentioned here yesterday by a contributor, and it seems to be an Adobe problem since it is a general issue that several contributors are experiencing. I have been struggling for 2-3 hours to upload some Halloween images, and I hope the technical team will address this issue. I assume it’s not a very serious error that cannot be resolved

I'm having the same issue. It appears to be on Adobe's end.
