Image rejected

I'm not sure why this image would be rejected for technical issues, but maybe someone can shed some light for me with some CC.

Hi Shearpamela,

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to assess your file. There seem to be a number of technical issues.

There exist a white balance issue. Your image is too blue.

The image is also very grainy as though it was over-sharpened. Please zoom to between 100 and 200% to inspect the texture of the image.
