Can someone tell me please whats is wrong with my image?

Adobe stock rejected it by saying it has technical issue but I could not find any error.

I don't know why they always reject images by the same reason.

There's a problem with the cat whiskers. There are a few that's not attached.

I think there's a problem here. It looks a bit confusing.

The moderator stops looking as soon as he sees an issue. If he identifies the issue as technical, he'll use that. These issues I've identified are indeed technical issues.

I assume this was made by a machine and not a human artist. Maybe that's the problem.

If you want your work to get accepted and make sales, examine it more closely. Ask a friend or colleague to check it before you submit to Stock. Another pair of eyes couldn't hurt.
