Image rejected for being Non-Compliant

Hello, can someone explain to me why this photo was rejected? It is real photo taken by me and NO AI was used in any way. I used Photoshop to reduce smoggy haze and to intensify colors a litlle as I usually do. Title and the keywords are about winter forest and a place where this photo was taken.
If the reason is about low quality of the shot that’s one thing and ok. And usually if the reason is about low quality Adobe indicates it. But the reason of rejection this time Adobe says:

- Non compliant use of another artist’s name.

- Undeclared Generative AI Content.

- Content not compliant with overall guidelines:

The text for all refusals is stock text, and not targeted to your picture. This asset should have been refused for “quality issues”, but we see more and more assets getting refused for non-compliant reasons. It may be in relation with your title of your keywords because that is, what non-compliant is about.

The image itself needs to get a good amount of white balance correction. The snow is white and not blue. You can leave a slight bluish touch. I would also add more contrast:

Hi @Olha36824806oqmv ,

I believe this asset was refused before for quality and you resubmitted it without correcting the issues, thus non-compliant. The file is underexposed, has a white balance issue, not sharp and noisy.

Best wishes

Jacquelin

@Olha36824806oqmv ,

Could you confirm the theory from @jacquelingphoto2017 ?

Thank you for your advice! Yes, my color correcting skills needs improvement, I agree. But still can't get what's the problem with title or keywords. Winter nature, forest background and something like that isn't correct?

All depends on what the keywords and the title were. We need to see the exact phrases. “Winter nature, forest background and something like that” would be OK, even with something like that, I suppose. But as I say, the moderator may simply have selected the wrong reason. We currently see numerous non-compliant refusals, that are probably quality issues.
