Image rejected on non-specified technical reasons. Seeking feedback on what it could be.

My recent submission to Adobe Stock was rejected on non-specified technical grounds. I welcome feedback from community members on what it could be. Post processing of the original photo mainly involved cropping, exposure adjustment, saturation and white balance. Thank you.

The "non-specified technical ground" is: colour noise and sharpness which is "technical issues"!
