image rejected technical

Hi! i recently uploaded a new photo and it got rejected with technical issues.

Can you may help me with that?

Reading the terms i can only imagine it is too dark or do i have made another mistake?

Too dark, yes. It is also not very crisp. It is soft and somewhat out of focus. Also, the background still has some noise in it.
