Image rejection

Hello fellow contributors. I had a series of images accepted by AS using a particular set of tools but no longer. What would you say is the detailed reason why rejected. The given reason is quality issues. Thank you.

I'm quite sure that the first place moderators look is the hands. These aren't quite good enough.

      When enlarged to 100%, the edges are jagged.
      The quality seems to be low when enlarged.
