Focus and noise are the issues in the first image. The black foreground is probably the issue in the 2nd image. Adobe Stock already has many millions of sunset and sunrise images, and this one isn't particularly unique, so would probably never seen by a Buyer anyway...

Hello,

You could work on your composition and exposure!

Exposure:
https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/photography/discover/exposure-in-photography.html
Composition:
https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/photography/discover/photo-composition.html!

And read the user guide:

These links can be of tremendous help if you are starting out!!

Your first: I would add to @Jill_C's assessment: Exposure (the asset contains no blacks, look at the histogram) and framing (why not include the rest of the ship).

Your second: Exposure (no blacks again), and even if the foreground is a dark blob, you should have some structure in this. The picture is also incorrectly focussed. There is some noise in the background. I do not understand why setting the ISO to 200. But maybe that's the lowest you can have on your camera. As @Jill_C says, sunset/sunrise pictures are abundantly in the database and are probably not high in demand. If they are, your picture represents nothing special, so it won't get selected.
