The forum is not monitored by Adobe staff members, but by fellow end users like yourself who volunteers to assist. Therefore, we do not have access to your account. As @Jill_C said, you will need to upload your photos here for us to see them. Otherwise, you can zoom in on your images at between 100 and 200% to search for issues. The information here will identify what to look for. On identifying the issues, you can correct them using a photo editor such as photoshop. Please note that you cannot correct focus issues.
