image reporting made easier

It would be good to be able to report issues on Adobe Stock images directly on the website. For example image 464519829 has been clearly created with AI but I have the 'Exclude Generative AI' option on... having to come to the Community for this kind of things seems too much of an hassle and time consuming!

It’s the same procedure for poor quality as mislabeled assets. When you encounter what you believe to be mislabeled AI assets, confirm it with an AI Detection Tool:

Steps to Report Mislabeled or Poor Quality Assets:
    • Locate the File ID number(s) (e.g., File #: 766397860).
    • Post the file numbers in the Adobe Stock Community forum, where staff and volunteers review complaints.

    Hope that helps.

What proof do you have that this beer tap image was AI generated and not a real photograph?

    Please be specific.

Based on the number 464519829, it doesn’t match the capabilities of AI at that time. This contributor also has a series of nearly 678 items on the same theme, with only two labeled as generative AI. It’s unlikely that the asset in question was AI-generated.

Which is why, we believe, Adobe doesn’t make it easier to report issues like these. There would be potential for too many inaccurate claims. It would be nice, I suppose, if a verified buyer could more easily request refunds where issues became apparent after an asset was viewed at full size following purchase, but that’s unlikely to happen as well.

I remember reading somewhere that refunds are common on Adobe Stock, but since I’ve never purchased anything, I’m not sure if that’s accurate.

If the asset number is correct, there was a 1% chance the image was created with AI. Which could possibly mean there was some light editing with AI for sharpness, noise, etc.

    Hi,

I believe there are many images created with AI that are not properly flagged. Therefore, reporting such images would be helpful. However, I don’t think the photo in question is AI-generated. Please take a look at the wall decoration in the background and, more importantly, the fingernails. Compare these details with the other photos in this collection.

YOU WROTE: “many images created with AI are not properly flagged”

    How do you know that?

Perhaps they were NOT made with AI but were instead built with 3D graphics or other non-AI tools.
