Image thumbnail is totally different than uploaded one

Hi I uploaded my raster image into Adobe Stock over 2 years ago. Today I noticed that one of my images thumbnail (preview) is completely different than the image behind it. I looks like the image from someone else. Did Adobe mixed images here? The description is the same as it was, only preview is different, I don't know how about downloaded image.
