Can I enter your home and take something from you without your permission?  Then turn around and sell it for commercial profit?

NO?   OK, you have your answer.

If I find an Andy Warhol painting online, can I trace it and sell it on Adobe Stock? Do you see the problem? If you "find something on another website" it was created by someone else, and you don't own the copyright to that asset; therefore, you can't modify it and claim it as your own.

If you didn't create it, then don't steal it. Many logos are copyright and that would result in a ban, I imagine
