Hello,

I've discovered that my images are currentrly sold as "decoupage" on a website

decorations to stick on furniture...

but to date I haven't even sold an extended license

Do you think he can do it?

Dovrei chiedere ad adobe di verificare? Se sì come?

E se non possono farlo come procederà adobe?

Thank you

Read clause 2.2 of the Contributor agreement which describes API partner agreements. This promotion of your assets is quite likely one of those API partners, though Adobe does not provide a list of such partners.

The more exposure your artwork gets, the greater chance of making sales.

Obviously, you get paid when the seller gets paid, not beforehand.

Are you sure you want to file a complaint against someone for giving your artwork greater exposure to potential customers?

Always.
I have to look at honesty.

If they are API partners and can do everything with the standard license everything is ok, if they are not and they cannot pay 0.35 cents for an image of mine to resell it for over $90 because, instead, they would have had to purchase an extended license, no... that's no good.

on a reported Italian site they replied to me from Adobe who unfortunately have no jurisdiction over that.

They are using my AI images but I don't think that being AI can contact them and tell them to buy an extended license to sell them as printed products.

While I also found other sites including a Polish one

I think at least this is API partner because I don't know how but I find Adobe authors including mine
and all the updated photos of the portfolio appear (even the photos approved yesterday).

You will probably find your photos too. It seems that they have studied an automated method.

The product shows the author's name (which is also found on Adobe) and if you click on the author's name the entire portfolio comes out.

Just click on the photo and the personalized product (mural or image) comes out with an example of how it looks, for example. in the bedroom positioned on the wall with a price that varies depending on the format chosen.

I take it for granted that this is at least an API partner to have a system of this type.

But can I ask Adobe to verify by giving some examples to avoid abuse at abuse@abuse.co?
