You're not taking pictures of other people's artwork and calling it your own are you?  That's not allowed. 

I assumed this is your original artwork and you personally drew/painted it with your own hands. 

Original art must be submitted with a signed Intellectual Property release form by the owner/artist who created it.

Submit your vector graphics as AI, EPS or SVG files.

Raster images (photographs) should be submitted as hi-res JPGs.

as per the 'Adobe Stock Contributor User Guide', PNG files are not a valid submission file type:

Depending on the type of content that you're uploading, you will need to meet different requirements. Check the pages under "Content requirements" to see which ones.
