Adobe will never approve assets "in bulk". Each asset is individually reviewed. It's better if you submit small batches rather than "in bulk".

Submit earlier. Moderation times are what they are, and you can't influence them. If more people are submitting, the waiting time will grow. Kind of driving during the rush hour.

No. There is nothing you can do to speed up the review process or to request bulk approval. It happens when it happens.
