I have images that have been in review for over 4 weeks and have not heard anything. What is going? Has anyone heard anything from Adobe?

You experience current standard waiting times. There is nothing to get nervous about. The maximum waiting time, according to Adobe, is two months. However, the time shown is not the submission time (which enters the asset into the waiting queue), but the upload time. The display is wrong.

Reviews can take up to 2 months and sometimes longer, depending on the type of assets you've submitted.
