Images not accepted, even though the model-release of Adobe was uploaded.

I want to know, why my model images are no accepted in Adobe Stock.

I used the model release, downloaded from Adobe, signed by the model and me, but the images are still rejected

Who can me inform, where I can get a reliable answer and how to solve such conflicts in future.

Kind regards

Roland

HI,

you can contact the Contributer Support contributor-support@adobe.com

and describe your problem with the model release there, if this was the reason for the rejection.

If not, I agree with ricky336, than you should post the pictures here so someone could give his suggestions for improving.

I understand that Adobe may require the model release to be witnessed by a third party.

Good Luck

Yes, that is possible. My partner witnessed my release with me since he watched me creating the artwork I was submitting and he vouched for it as being my original. The copyright regulations will only get tighter because of the rapidly changing international regulations on property use abuse and theft. Adobe does a good job protecting their contributor copyright and must protect themselves from possible legal action due to any violation of any and all international laws and regulations. Be sure to stay alert and informed of this responsibility if you are an Adobe contributor. Best regards, JH

If you are a member of Kelbyone.com there is a video by Terry White on Adobe Stock and covers a lot of important topics including release issues

I have had several of my illustrations rejected after I went through getting the release required.  If the release is needed first before the final inspection, then a rejection can and did follow for another reason. Just my experience. JH

thx, but what does this mean?
is there no clear and comprehensible approval process?

Kind regards, Roland

Can you state what the actual rejection reason was - this is unclear. Secondly, can you upload the image, so others on here can give some advice on how to improve the image.

Together with the image I uploaded the model release (template provided by Adobe), signed by me and the model.

And now the image has been rejected without giving reasons.

Just maybe then, the plane is an issue. Maybe you need a property release for that. So, a model release, plus a property release for the plane. There can always be something that we miss!

And make sure you have a third person (regarding model release) - a witness to both of you - so you need three signatures, yours, the model's, and a witness!
