Images Not Accepted Intellectual Property Refusal

Why would 100% of my images be refused for Intellectual Property Refusal? I posted a number of very general city street-scapes, random buildings store fronts, etc. Very basic imagery of which can be found across the stock platform? Seems very odd that ALL images were refused, even those without any distinct logos or artwork. Very frustrating since this was a pretty substantial upload.

    Hi @acaruso1011

Captures that include artwork, trade marks, business names, trade dress and that the buildings are the primary subject submitted for commercial use will attract IP refusals if you do not submit the relevant Property Release signed by the owners. If your street pictures include bill boards, signs, transport with trade dress, license plate and trade mark will need Property Release. Many times people wears clothes with artwork that are IP restricted. The link @Nancy OShea sited will give you detailed guidelines to work with.

    Best wishes

IP violations are a serious matter that could cause potential financial & legal penalties later.

Before submitting more content to Stock, please read your Contributor User Guide thoroughly. It contains important information that every Contributor must know.  Failure to adhere to Adobe’s policies could result in account deactivation which nobody wants to have happen.

    Hope that helps.

With cityscape IP problems usually occur because:

    1. Company signs, logos, names or trademarks can be seen.
    2. House numbers can be seen.
    3. Car license plates, model logos or such can be seen.
    4. Single buildings are the main subject in the photo.
