hi ,I have been submitting to adobe stock for just over a year now , today I tried seaching for some of my images & they are notshowing up in seach results . why ? . any one got any ideas . My sales have gone down instead of up the last few months ,i thought it was probably covid but coul it be this . I seached exact titles parts of titles and keyword some of them just do not show up .

We are sorry to hear about your experience. A number of factors could affect your sales, and also the reason your files are not showing up in your search.
Your sales could be affected by reduced demand for the files you upload.
I suggest you check files on your dashboard to make sure there are no issues such as incorrect keywording, or linked duplicates.
If all is well there could be a case of erroneous indexing, which is the case with a number of files. I am told the engineers are working to assiduously to resolve that issue.
To find your files using their Caption, you need to include the caption, or main words or phrase from it as part of your keywording. That will make it easier to find your files using Caption.
You could post on this thread about six of the keywords you use for one of the files of which you cannot find for us to try to locate it on the website.
