Images Not Turning Green for Submission Despite Complete Metadata - Need Advice

Hi Adobe Community,

I'm facing an issue with my Adobe Stock submissions. I've got about 100 images where I've added complete titles and keywords, but they won't turn green for submission. The frustrating part is I can't re-upload them as I no longer have the original files.

Has anyone experienced this? What were your workarounds? I've already contacted Support but would appreciate hearing about similar experiences and solutions from fellow contributors.

Thanks in advance for any insights!

First and foremost, why don't you have the original files? Adobe is not a backup for image storage. You need the originals on your local hard drive.

Next, how many images have you submitted to date? There is a limit of 51 assets for new contributors.

Finally, could you submit a screenshot of your entire submission page so that we can take a look?

Thank you so much for your reply. I have over 300 images in review at the moment. This images have been in review for more than a month now

You may have simply reached your review limit and you need to wait until the first batch gets moderated. However, @daniellei4510's request is still valid, if you want us to give you advice based on full information and not on speculation.

Also, I would advice you to never get rid of your originals. You even should have double and tripple backup of those. That is important.
