10 de mes images sont restées dans le dossier "en cours d'examen" alors que des contributions plus récentes sont acceptées, est ce normal ?

Yes, Adobe no longer seems to adhere closely to the "first-in/first-out" rule. I have 12 images waiting for many months while newer images have been reviewed.

Yes, this happens quite often. The review is does not follow the order of submission.
