I've created 5 AI images by using Leonardo AI free token and do upscaling by a free website and ChatGPT. 2 images are rejected due to quality issues. Please advise may I didn't use Leonardo AI free token and need to use paid AI software or Upscaling software.

What you need to do is some of your own work and pay attention to details. Both images have IP issues because trademarks can be seen and the designs are easy to identify. There are also flaws in the details. Look at the messy keyboard, the warped areas of the light stand, thge corner of the desk does not line up, the lightbulb has no edge and the cord cast a white shadow.
Did you not notice any of these errors? We have been advising all AI artist to pay attention to the details. What was accepted earlier is no longer accepted by Adobe.

Besides typical quality issues, like the keyboard in yout^r first picture:

you really should avoid to create pictures with Apple stuf. They refused for quality (rightful, because your image is bad and contains more than one rendering error), but they could also have refused for IP reasons.

I suggest, before you continue submitting, you really read the manuals. The tools you use is of no interest to Adobe, but you always get what you pay for. And you really need to pay attantion to the image licences you get, when using free tools. Most companies put restrictions on what can be done by using their free tools. They also want to make money! 😉

You're welcome. BTW: there are many more quality issues in your file than those that got pointed out! You need to check your assets at 100% and if you see errors, you need to fix them before submitting. If you can't fix, do not submit.
