Images Rejected Repeatedly for Missing "Generative AI" Tag — Despite Checkbox Being Selected

I’ve run into a confusing and frustrating issue while uploading some AI-generated images to Adobe Stock, and I’m wondering if anyone else has faced this.

I uploaded a few images and definitely checked the "created using generative AI tools" box before submitting. Despite that, all images were rejected for Missing Generative AI Flag I thought it might have been a one-time glitch, so I uploaded the exact same images again, triple-checked the checkbox, even refreshed the page multiple times… and got rejected again for the same reason.

I'm using Edge Browser as I always have since a few years.

Any ideas? Is there a known bug, or something I’m missing in the submission process?

Would appreciate any guidance... don’t want to get flagged unfairly for repeat violations.

Thanks in advance

Update:
Adobe Support confirmed that the recent rejections were due to a technical error on their side, and they re-reviewed and accepted my files. It actually happened twice in the last few weeks and had to sent them another follow up when it happened again. They didn’t provide specific advice on why it happened or how to prevent it, but if anyone else runs into the same issue (where your AI-generated images get rejected for “missing generative AI” despite checking the box), I recommend opening a support ticket directly they were responsive and helpful both times.

Just posting this here in case it helps anyone else facing the same glitch

You should contact Adobe on this: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/Need-Help-Contact-Us.html

I would tipp that this is a moderator error, where the moderator selects the wrong refusal reason. A different reason could be that a bug with edge creates the issue. I would try with a different browser.

You should also try using Chrome or Firefox. If it's an Edge bug, it won't show up with those browsers.

This is a new one. No known bug that I'm aware of. In addition to checking the "created using generative tools," did you check whether it contained or did not contain "people or property/yes/no?"

Yes. Both were checked. I always make sure with every upload that I've checked both boxes.
