Today I saw some of images at wallsheaven.com with Adobe stock/fotolia watermark. Do we get paid when any of the images are sold through that website ? Whether we need to report this ?

Yes, you get paid when they sell an image. That company is using the stock API to offer the pictures. As soon as a customer chooses your picture you will get paid for that.
