Images "under review" since a month

Hey,

 

unfortunately, I have a problem where all photos that were uploaded a month ago are still showing as "under review". Since that time, no pictures have been reviewed. Does anybody have the same problem?

 

I sent an email to contributor-support@adobe.com, but I just received the standard response that it typically takes 5 to 7 business days before you receive a response on submitted files.

On average, Photos & Vector Graphics are reviewed in 5 - 15 business days.
Illustrations & Generative AI could take 1 - 2 months due to an immense backlog of AI submissions.

For faster turnarounds, submit fewer generative AI. Focus on quality instead of quantity. 😉

The illustration category currently takes very long to get moderated. There is no need to panic.

Welcome to the Contributor Forum. It looks like you're new here. Peruse some of the other recent posts and you'll see that this is a frequent topic of discussion here. Have you submitted photographs or Generative AI assets? The review queue for AI is now 1-2 months, due to the huge influx from Contributors, some of whom have uploaded hundreds, or even thousands, at a time. There's nothing you can do to hasten the process. Be patient.
