“In Review” for almost 3 months

Hi Adobe Stock Team,

I’ve been a contributor for a while, and I have a few issues I need help with:

1. Several of my images have been stuck “In Review” for almost 3 months now.
2. I am currently unable to upload new images at all — the upload fails every time.

I’ve submitted a contact form already but haven’t received a response. Could someone please check if there’s a problem with my contributor account?

Stock receives thousands of submissions per week. Average wait times for review are 6-8 weeks, sometimes less, sometimes more depending on availability of Reviewers.  

 

After 3 months, you can delete & resubmit.  Or leave them where they are. It's your choice to make. To be safe, I would avoid the use of batch uploaders and stick with uploading assets individually from your Contributor portal.

For 2: use a different browser, network, computer and check if uploads still fail.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum, and will receive no reply from an Adobe rep here. Regarding images stuck in review, it's not unusual. I have currently have some that waited up to 7 months, but my record was 12 months before they were finally reviewed.

Regarding failed uploads, try uploading just one image at a time and see if that works.

This has been a common issue for quite some time. We have been recommending that you delete the "stuck" images, rename them (in case the titles have something to do with the issue) and resubmit them. Be sure to copy and paste your titles and keywords first so that they are easier to re-submit.

Adobe Community Expert | If you can't fix it, hide it; if you can't hide it, delete it.
