I have a problem with not being able to see my portfolio, how can I solve it?

Try using another web device / browser.

Change in the URL “id” for “ca”. I suppose, you are located in Indonesia. Adobe is localizing the user experience, probably due to legal requirements, and so not all assets are available for sales in your country.
