Inactive Contributor Account - Support Form Error

The answer is the same as everybody who asks this question. We are only contributors, and support does not monitor this thread.

Try using another browser.

1. We have no connection to Adobe employees here. Sorry.
2. Use a browser that has no script blockers or VPN enabled.
3. Failing that, it sounds like your Contributor account may have been terminated. You may need to verify your email & phone number to proceed. See below for more details.

If your contributor account is deactivated you can do nothing but use the “Contact us” link provided on the displayed popup window. Doing so, will open an appeals form where you can state your case and this will open a review of the closure. You must then wait until the review is completed.
