J'ai deux photos qui sont en attente de révision depuis 4 mois, dois-je les retirer ?
Normalement Adobe analyse les fichiers par ordre de réception. Récemment, Ils ont analysé deux photos que je venais juste de télécharger, alors qu'il y en a des dizaines (environs 60) en attente depuis plusieurs semaines (deux mois). Ont-elles été oublié aussi ? Dois- je retirer toutes les photos qui ont dépassé deux mois d’attente ?

Relax.  Be patient.  Review times vary from 1-3 months.  It varies by season, availability of reviewers and how many other assets are ahead of yours in the wait queue. 

 

Stock receives hundreds or thousands of submissions per week.  And summertime is vacation season for many employees.  Work on other projects while you wait.

Quatre mois est un peu lent. Tu as deux possibilités:

  1. Contacter le support et voir si eux peuvent débloquer. https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/Need-Help-Contact-Us.html
  2. Effacer et resousmettre les images en question. 

 

Adobe a changé la procédure de modération et ne modère plus de manière strictement linéaire.

Oui, les contacter, c'est ce que j'ai fait en premier. Ils n'ont pas lu le message car j'ai reçu dans la foulée une réponse automatique en me disant qu'en gros qu'il fallait que je patiente jusqu'à 8 semaines ... etc ... J'espère qu'ils liront mon message plus tard et me répondront vraiment.

Je ne savais pas qu'ils n'analysaient plus les fichiers de manière strictement linéaire. Merci pour l'info !

It is unlikely that you will receive a reply to any inquiry relating to review time. It's unpredictable and always variable based on number of submissions and number of moderators working. There's nothing we can do except be patient.

I've had success removing them and resubmitting. I change the titles when doing so, but for no particular reason.
