Inconsistency in approvals

Please take a look at the images here under. They are practically the same but the green car was rejected because of intellectual property and the red car was approved. What went wrong here?

Hi Mikev

I believe the red car might have been accepted in error. I believe the silver triangle at the side towards the back might be a trademark and should be removed before uploading the image.
