Incorrect preview of the vector image

I upload a zip folder with a vector image to the stock, the preview is correct for a couple of hours, and then it disappears and looks like this: https://stock.adobe.com/ru/images/office-stationery-set/589516046?prev_url=detail&asset_id=589516046.

Adobe stock accepts work, but something is happening with the preview
