Hi JG,

 

Since January, 22nd, my uploaded file are approved but no one can see them by using keyword in Adobe search engine.

In each file I upload, I put around 20 pertinent french keywords to find it.
I can find the keywords correctly filed in all my files.

But when I try to find these files (uploaded since january 22nd) with the search bar in adobe stock, I don't find them.

Even if I try any other keywords combination.

 

The most significant thing to determine there is an issue, is I upload a serie of picture about french local election with exactly the same keyword list. This request ("élections municipales 2020"  [Adobe search request ]  return about 300 files, so it is simple to control the result. And the result is :
- The file uploaded before january 16th are findable by adobe search engine.
- These one uploaded on January 22nd and after are not.


This statement is also verifiable for all the files I upload since January, 22nd.

I hope my explainations will be usefull for Adobe Team.

 

ERRATUM : It seems to be correct today.
Only file uploaded after february 26th are not findable.

Enter the keywords in your "Public profile" page search and see what return. If the returns are incorrect please list here the keywords you used, describe what is incorrect about one of the result page and attach a screenshot of it here (as an example).
