Information about 2019 tax withholds needed

Hello,

I am a contributor to Adobe Stock and I've made a lot of sells in 2018 and 2019. In order to properly complete my 2019 income tax return, which I have to send to the National Revenue Agency, I need information on the amount of withholding tax on sales made through Adobe in the US or just a Tax Form 1042-S. Two weeks ago I have sent email to adobetax@adobe.com with this request but I have not received a response so far.

I've already missed the fist term for sending my tax declaration.

Please, let me know how can I get the information I need.
