information regarding video edits

Evening I would like to know why every time I edit crop or remove audio from a video or crop a timelapse these are never accepted.
Is the reason perhaps the program I use?

Be sure your file size is the same as one listed in the above link and that you don't crop to fit with a black border on any side of the file.

Well, if you're using any program to edit Video without carefully setting the video save options you can easily destroy all quality. You must be on top of your settings.
