Infringement issue

Hello, may I ask: if out of every 1,000 images uploaded, 998 have no issues, but occasionally one or two images are flagged for containing infringing elements due to an oversight during review, will this have a negative impact on the account?

Most importantly, I do my best to ensure that every image I upload is free from any infringement.

Thank you for your help.

As a final, it's your responsibility to provide error free assets, and that also free of IP violations.

The only way I see it as being an issue is if you are  notified  there's copyright infringement, and need a release, and you insist in uploading.

On the other hand, I've had photos rejected based on quality issues and I have insisted in uploading until they are approved on the 4th time... but this are only cases the photos are flawless

Read the IP guidelines on the Help pages very carefully and reread them from time to time. Though Reviewers catch most IP issues, and in fact are often over zealous in doing so, it is ultimately your responsibility ensure that your submissions are compliant. IP violations can result in permanent suspension of your account, particularly if the person or company whose IP you have violated files a complaint with Adobe.
