Inquiry About My Adobe Stock Account Suspension and Case Status

Hello everyone,

I hope to get your help in understanding my current situation. My Adobe Stock contributor account was previously suspended due to having multiple accounts. The extra accounts were later deleted, and my main account was successfully restored after I submitted an appeal, which was resolved in about a week. After the restoration, I have strictly followed the platform rules.

However, only about twenty days later, my account was suspended again without any prior notification. I submitted an appeal for the second suspension as well, but it has been more than two months and I have not received any response.

I have carefully reviewed the platform policies and ensured that I have not intentionally violated any rules. I have also strictly managed and uploaded content following Adobe Stock guidelines.

I would like to ask:

  1. Is there a way to check the current status of the case regarding my second suspension?

  2. Can I request an escalation or a more detailed explanation, since I have not received any notification or response for over two months?

  3. Even after account restoration, why might an account be suspended again so quickly? Are there common reasons for this?

I would greatly appreciate any guidance, advice, or similar experiences you can share. Thank you very much for your time and help.

You never get a prior notification. Your account gets suspended, and you get notified of that suspension by e-mail and you can enquire the reason by using the "contact us" link. By using the contact us link, you get a case number assigned. That happens automatically, so at least the case number should have arrived into your mailbox. If not, check your spam folder.

How do you think that this can be verified? BTW: having multiple accounts is not a violation per se, even that now, it is not anymore allowed or possible. But existing multiple accounts were grandfathered. So yo probably did violate the rules for having a second account, like uploading the same type of assets to the different accounts, to circumvent the submission limits.

1. no.

2. Use the contact us link. If you have done that, do not send multiple reminders in short periods of time. Each time you do so, someone will look at the case, and then will just see that you are the guy sending reminders in short intervals. That will slow down all investigations.

3. Your account may still be suspended for a different reason, like spamming the database with similar assets, or any other violation. Nobody will know this, and those who know will not discuss this with you here. When they will send you a notice, it will be a short one, with not too much detail. That is how they operate.

Most get suspended once and that's it. Nobody can answer you any of your questions in a way that helps you understanding your situation better. Even if someone experiences a similar situation, their offense may be something completely different. No case is like the other, except that suspended accounts can't sell.

Thank you for your reply.

I would like to share something that is causing me some anxiety and confusion, and I hope to hear from others who may have real experience with this. I asked an AI tool for general guidance, and it suggested that, based on non-official observations, Adobe Stock cases often follow a rough timeline such as:

  • Within 1–2 weeks: possible human review

  • Around 1 month: many recoverable cases receive a clear response

  • Beyond 6–8 weeks: some cases may already be considered final, or no longer receive individual replies

I fully understand that this is not official information, and I am not treating it as a conclusion. However, since my appeal has now been pending for over two months without any response or notification email, it has made me quite anxious and uncertain about what this silence actually means.

My main questions are:

  • Has anyone here experienced a case where Adobe Stock eventually replied after such a long period?

  • Is it normal for a case to remain unanswered for over two months and still receive a final decision later?

I am not trying to rush Adobe or bypass the process—I just want to better understand whether continued waiting is still reasonable in situations like this.

Thank you very much for any insights or experiences you are willing to share.

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we are unable to be of assistance. Use the "Contact us" link to ask for details and wait for a response if you have not already done so (which it appears you have). It will most likely be awhile (possibly weeks) before you hear from them, other than a possible generic email notifying you that your email has been received. Keep an eye on your junk or spam folder if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so can potentially slow down Adobe's investigation.

Thank you very much for your reply, I understand.

I have already submitted a support case and have also inquired about the progress under that case, but I still haven’t received any response. I have read many discussions from other contributors, and most of them received an email explaining the reason for their account suspension. However, in my second suspension, I did not receive any email at all. This is the only difference I have noticed.

I would like to know if the lack of an email notification could have any special meaning or implication.

Thank you again for your time and guidance.

Emails are getting send out automatically. If the e-mail did not arrive at your side, most probably it got marked as spam or junk.
