Inquiry About My Adobe Stock Account Suspension and Case Status
Hello everyone,
I hope to get your help in understanding my current situation. My Adobe Stock contributor account was previously suspended due to having multiple accounts. The extra accounts were later deleted, and my main account was successfully restored after I submitted an appeal, which was resolved in about a week. After the restoration, I have strictly followed the platform rules.
However, only about twenty days later, my account was suspended again without any prior notification. I submitted an appeal for the second suspension as well, but it has been more than two months and I have not received any response.
I have carefully reviewed the platform policies and ensured that I have not intentionally violated any rules. I have also strictly managed and uploaded content following Adobe Stock guidelines.
I would like to ask:
Is there a way to check the current status of the case regarding my second suspension?
Can I request an escalation or a more detailed explanation, since I have not received any notification or response for over two months?
Even after account restoration, why might an account be suspended again so quickly? Are there common reasons for this?
