Inquiry Regarding Disapproval of AI Image

Question

I recently uploaded an AI generative image depicting a colorful illustration of human brain hallucinations, with a focus on the mental health concept. However, I was surprised to receive a disapproval notice for this image, citing quality issues.
What baffles me is that I've previously uploaded a similar illustration using the same illustration mode, which was approved and has seen considerable success with more than 30 sales.
Can you please clarify the reasons for disapproval, and could I request a second review?

This can happen, where images get accepted and similar ones rejected. In any event, it's usually best to move on when there are no obvious problems with a given image. And no, there is no appeal process short of fixing what might need fixing and then re-submitting. Nothing obvious jumps out at me with this one from a technical standpoint, other than some of the objects in his/her head look like they're trying to be actual things like scanners, hard drives, etc., but aren't quite realistic enough to determine what they actually are.
