Inquiry Regarding Portfolio Visibility

I am reaching out because I have recently noticed that the stock photos from my portfolio are not appearing in search results. I have put a lot of effort into creating these photos and ensuring they meet the platform's standards, so it concerns me that they are not being displayed.

Could you please look into this matter for me and verify if my account has been restricted or if there are any other issues preventing my photos from being accessible?

It's probably censored in your region only.

Customers in other regions can see the assets even if you can't.

Copy the URL of your portfolio here.

It may well be that you are located in a restricted country, where the assets need additional vetting before getting open for sales in your region. In unrestricted regions, they are open for sales.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum, and we in the community have no ability to look into your account, other than the public facing view. If you search via the Buyers portal and do not find your images, it's probably because they're in a very competitive category and may be displayed many pages down into the results.

Assets are shown based on how your titles, keywords and selling history match what the searcher is searching for.

If you are looking for "red roses" the chance of being found are slim. Check your competition and fine tune your keywords.
