Intellectual Property Issue

Was rejected for intellectual property violation. I used the clone tool to cover the name and logo's. One of the reasons was stated as "Elements protected by IP may appear in the image or in the description, title, and/or keywords." The keyword "jeep" was one of the suggested keywords so I thought it would be ok. I was focusing on "off-roading" "4wheeling" "vacation" "adventure" "fun", etc. Thoughts of resubmitting without "jeep" or is it too iconic?

Probably won't be as it is the main focus of the picture. If the jeep was incidental, then it might pass, but it is the main focus!

It's like you're advertising the jeep!

I will move this to the contributor forum.

Jeep is a trademark and triggers a refusal, that's sure. It even shouldn't have suggested by the artificial intelligence. Maybe that's the difference between human and machine intelligence… 😉

However, it may also well be, that the car design is so iconic that the picture won't pass anyhow. You need to try.
