The IP violation is probably related to this: https://trademarks.justia.com/724/64/n-72464602.html

Hi @ritaroy12 ,

These are nice muffins. However, the kisses chocolates are trademarked.

Best wishes

I would need to see the muffins more in detail, as the small image does not show what needs to be seen, but there are muffins, especially the form of the chocolate droppings that are trademarked. If they have the form of a tear, they are violating a registred trademark.

THere still may be a different issue. And the moderator can also have selected the wrong refusal reason.

I couldn't find anything that suggested the chocolate chips are copyright (unless you used the word Hershey's in your title or keywords), but I do see some quality issues with regard to poor renders.

Either the moderator mad a mistake or he wants a signed release from you.

With just a small mistake, our account gets banned—no warning, no sympathy, just straight punishment. But do they secretly have any regret for their mistakes? Probably not. Just kidding, haha

You are a supplier, not a customer. Adobe chooses its suppliers. If they don't want to get supplied by you, they kick you. That's how business works. It's not a small mistake that gets your account banned.
