I have 11 works like this that were rejected due to violations of intellectual property rules.

Could you explain where the violation occurred?

Title : AI Document Icon. File with AI Stars, Smart Content Concept

Keywords: page, content, smart, paper, file, ai, artificial, intelligence, stars, document, digital, data, report, text, paperwork, record, template, form, information, office, business, system, software, application, platform, automation, processing, analytics, technology, innovation, future, productivity, efficiency, workflow, management, storage, archive, creation, editing, generation, tool, service, icon, vector, illustration, symbol, outline, monochrome, label

Your icons are not unique. They’re mashups of what Stock already has in inventory.

    IP GUIDELINES

    https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/ip-guidelines.html

I believe that is the reason your icons were refused for IP Violation.

    Hope that helps.

Copying other people’s content is a TERMS violation that can result in temporary or permanent termination of your Contributor account. People rarely read & understand the TERMS until it’s too late. ☹️ Don’t be that person.

If the problem were ai stars and words, hundreds of results would appear.
    It's really hard to understand.😄

But no one says AI Stars in caption and keywords …?

Clearly, there are some uncertainties; things are sometimes accepted and sometimes not.

Are there stars in all 11 images?

I think the keyword and the visual of AI Stars is a violation.

    Hey @SANALRENK

    google search

The image you provided, often used to represent "Smart Content" or AI-generated text, is likely copyrighted, but its usage depends on the specific license under which it was obtained.

    • Availability: This specific icon design is widely available on stock image platforms such as Shutterstock, Vecteezy, and FreePixel.
    • Licensing:
      • Stock Licenses: Images purchased from sites like Shutterstock or Vecteezy typically come with a specific license (e.g., standard, enhanced, or "Pro" license) that grants permission for use, often commercially, but does not transfer the copyright ownership to the user.
      • Free Licenses: The icon is also available on free platforms like FreePixel, which might offer licenses like CC0 (public domain) or similar free-to-use options.

Besides that the amount of similar content available on Adobe Stock will probably end up resulting in similar content rejection.

    Cheers

    Nate

The term "smart search" wasn't included in my other 10 works. I don't understand if the presence of AI stars constitutes copyright infringement. Similar works of mine have been accepted before.

Maybe it misread AI Stars as All Stars … 😂
