I want to know how to upload those photos and videos and what are the complete guidelines so that they will pass the quality check. I also uploaded the photos but those were rejected due to Intellectual Property Refusal, what can I do to make them pass and will be available for sale in site. plz help

Hi @#PICSLIBRARY ,

You should follow the general guidelines.

With recognizable people you need model release for each person.

With artwork, trade mark, business name or logo visible (part or whole) you need to remove the offending element or get property release from the relevant individuals - artist for artwork and business owners for trade marks etc.

The next of kin or his/her legal representative would need to give permission (model release) for the dead person except he died more than 75 years ago. Some caskets are custom made and might require property release. This would mean getting a property release signed by the designer. If you submit a casket without a release and it's IP refused, then, you'd be sure a property release is required provided there's no trademark or artwork visible on the casket.

That's basically the general idea.

Best wishes

Jacquelin

Check for logos or other protected items. If you do not post a full size asset, we won't be able to do that for you.

Um...  I don't think you want to see the full-sized funeral images. Too disturbing for sensitive people.

Sensitive people don't have to see it!

The carved wood motifs were created by an artist. Without a signed property release by the woodcarver, that's off limits.

Cremation ceremony is a sensitive and personal experience for loved ones. Out of respect for the departed, I couldn't use the images for commercial purposes, nor would I want to. I think you should keep them for your family. Don't try to sell them for commercial use.
