Hello, All! Are the drivers Rest Areas that we find on Interstates considered private property? I've uploaded an image of a rest area and the file was rejected. File id: 180667296.

I looked at your file and checked with the moderation team. The rest stop is ok without a property release, but inspection of the file at 100% showed sharpness and artifacts issues. We regret the incorrect rejection reason.
